Happy Halloween

We present King Violet, Count Paris, Bittersweet. Get dressed up! This is where you should be this Halloween.

King Violet are an alternative rock band from St Albans, best described as "heartbreak and despair, dressed up with pop, sass and mystery". Having grown up together in St Albans, they have since spread their wings up north, taking their university cities Manchester, Leeds and Nottingham by storm. Previous support slots include Declan Walsh and the Decadent West and Sad Boys Club. Their most recent single October has been described as "the sound of replaying the end of a relationship through a 35mm camera, the reel burning away into something beautiful" featuring "hard-hitting, near-euphoric choruses and "soulful instrumental sections". The band features vocalist Mai Anderson, guitarist Claudia Lavado, bassist Amy Stephen and drummer Mia Casey. For fans of Wolf Alice, Hayley Williams and The Cure.

Count Paris are a Hertfordshire based alt-rock supergroup of local acts, comprised of Aidan Howell on guitar (Skelephant), Neil Jobanputra on drums (Overcoast/River Purple) and Lewis Mackay on bass (WIINK) - all rounded up and fronted by newcomer Mika Haga Brooks on vocals. Their years on the scene have seen them reopen The Pioneer Club, headline renowned venue The Horn, as well as supporting Strange Bones and Fatherson. Their high energy live shows, with no shortage of bravado and noise, have been met with high praise from audiences. Once again the St Albans supergroup are taking to the stage at The Pioneer Club for a loud and thumping show that is sure to get you dancing.

Bittersweet are a fantastic indie rock band hailing from Brighton. With cracking tunes that are sure to make you dance, you won't want to miss these lads!

Afterparty (18+ ONLY) until 1:30AM! Afterparty is included in your ticket. If you are 18+ you will be given a wristband for afterparty. If you are under 18, you must leave when the afterparty begins.
